Padma Kiran Rao
(Principal Consultant)

Over 18 years of successful stints in the IT industry, in India and the US, in top-notch organizations like CMS, Cognizant Technology Solutions, ilabs and Deloitte Consulting has provided Kiran the capability and expertise to straddle the roles of a “strategist”, “executor” and “reviewer” seamlessly.

Kiran, has had the opportunity to build some of these organizations ground-up into significant “brands” and played a key role during the highly successful IPO of Cognizant Technology Solutions. Her keen focus on quality, detail and constant customer focus both internal and external has enabled her put in place strong, best- in-class processes. Kiran was, also responsible for pioneering high-end HR interventions like Assessment Centers in the IT industry.

Over the last few years, Kiran, has spent a significant amount of time with students to build sound Personal Effectiveness Competencies and assimilate better in their Corporate roles. She has also worked with Colleges to build a strong Placement Process.

An alumnus of XLRI, Kiran, has specific interest in Due-diligence exercises, HR Processes, Competency Mapping, Talent Acquisition and Training Design & Delivery.


RR Prasad (Principal Consultant)

With over 22 years of successful and interesting stints across a diverse spectrum of Indian industries ranging from Greenfield ventures to takeover Business, RR has developed strong strategizing, planning and execution skills.

Rich and varied experience with marquee, Multi-National names in the Manufacturing and Service industries like ITW-Signode, ITC, Whirlpool and British Gas has honed his skills in areas like Organizational Restructuring, Change Management, Job Evaluation using best-in-class methods resulting in job rationalization, instilling a high- performance culture across organizational levels, competency development, productivity enhancement initiatives and strong employee engagement orientation.

RR has played a significant role in activities like Total Quality Management & Quality Control and Organizational Transformations in his various responsibilities. A sound understanding of business has always enabled RR, to contribute with meaningful HR solutions to the organizations he has worked with.

An alumnus of XLRI, RR has specific interest in Organizational Transformation and Organizational Structure and Design.


Mansoor Ahmed (Senior Consultant)

His strong “operational” expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Performance Assessment methodologies and HR Automation has been garnered over 15 years of highly successful stints in top-end organizations in India and the US viz. Sanmar Electronics, Cognizant Technology Solutions, ilabs and Deloitte Consulting. Mansoor’s knowledge of Technology application has enabled him make significant contributions in building HR processes.

He heads the Chennai operations providing tremendous value addition and making HR practices stronger at our clients site.


Gautam Ghosh (Senior Consultant)

Gautam has over 8 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development in the management consulting, IT and ITES sector with global firms like Satyam, Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Deloitte & Touche. His experience covers Knowledge Management, e-learning, Organization Development, Management Consulting, Training Management, Performance Management and Employee Relations..

Gautam has an MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has two and half years experience before that in hotel operations in ITC Hotels and pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly. He has been a contributing editor of internet community Recruiting.com and a visiting faculty for HR at Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies.


He has won the NHRD Network young managers’ paper writing contest in 1999, and has written for magazines like Kennedy Info’s “Consultants News”, ICFAI University Press’ “Effective Executive”, Businessworld, youth magazine “JAM” as well as online sites like HR.com and Cybermediadice.com. He has also been quoted by news publications like Human Capital, Economic Times, Mint and Daily News and Analysis.
