The Incubation Model
In this Model, Tvarita Consulting will take the onus of kick- starting the HR and Finance functions in line with your business dictates, ensuring that Organization mile-stones are not hindered by the absence of expertise in this area. We will put in place basic HR systems and processes and at the mutually agreed upon time-lines, identify sound HR and Finance talent for the Organization, monitor and develop them. Thus, our incubation solution enables our customers, start their Indian operations in the shortest possible time, in a highly efficient and effective manner.
Typically, such a Build-Operate-and Transfer(BOT)Engagement depending on the depth and scale, would run from a period of 12 to 36 months.
In either of the above two Engagement Models, Tvarita Consulting will also, if the Client desires, provide Senior HR presence for significant business activities viz. M&A Due Diligence activities, IPO Road- Shows etc. or business development activities.
